Resturant Manager-Egypt Based
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and professional Restaurant Manager to join our team based in Egypt. The ideal candidate must have prior hands-on experience managing restaurant operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The role requires strong leadership and operational expertise, with the ability to manage daily restaurant operations, lead teams, maintain high service and food quality standards, and ensure operational efficiency in line with international and KSA restaurant standards.
Note: Mandatory previous experience managing restaurants in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Supervise, schedule, and manage restaurant staff, including performance monitoring and discipline.
Ensure high standards of customer service and professionally handle guest complaints.
Monitor food quality, service quality, and overall guest satisfaction.
Coordinate closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure operational alignment.
Control operational costs, including labor, food, and waste, in line with approved budgets.
Monitor inventory levels, ordering processes, and stock control.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards applied in KSA-based restaurants.
Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.
Support staff training, onboarding, and performance development.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Based in Egypt.
Mandatory previous experience managing restaurants in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and team management.
Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
