Chocolate Chef-KSA Based
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and creative Chocolate Chef (Chocolatier) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in crafting high-quality chocolate products while maintaining exceptional standards of taste, texture, and presentation. Creativity, precision, and strong knowledge of chocolate techniques are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
-Prepare and produce a wide range of chocolate products, including pralines, truffles, bonbons, bars, and chocolate decorations.
-Temper chocolate accurately and consistently to achieve high-quality finishes.
-Develop new chocolate flavors, fillings, and seasonal concepts.
-Ensure consistency in quality, taste, portioning, and presentation of all chocolate items.
-Prepare fillings, ganaches, creams, and molds according to approved recipes.
-Manage daily chocolate production schedules and meet deadlines.
-Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations.
-Control ingredient usage, minimize waste, and manage stock levels.
-Ensure all chocolate tools, equipment, and workstations are clean, organized, and well maintained.
-Collaborate with pastry and kitchen teams on special products and events.
Required Qualifications & Experience
-Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.
-Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Chocolate Chef or Chocolatier.
-Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, and confectionery techniques.
-Experience working with dark, milk, and white chocolate.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced production or boutique environment.
-Strong attention to detail, creativity, and passion for chocolate craftsmanship.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Portfolio Requirement (Preferred)
-Applicants are encouraged to provide a portfolio of previous work.
-Portfolio may include photos of chocolate creations, pralines, bonbons, or concept collections.
-Experience working in chocolate shops, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, or hotels is an advantage.
