HR Generalist
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong hands-on experience in Saudi Arabia and GCC markets. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, and handle all employment platforms and government portals in Saudi Arabia.
This role is critical in supporting workforce operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR compliance across projects.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
-Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, probation, renewals, transfers, and. offboarding
-Prepare and manage employment contracts in compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
-Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Government Platforms & Compliance (Mandatory)
-Handle all transactions on Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Absher, Muqeem, Taqat, and Tawteen.
-Manage Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements and compliance reporting.
-Process work permits, Iqama issuance, renewals, transfers, and exits.
-Ensure payroll compliance through Mudad and GOSI registrations.
Policies & Labor Law
-Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and GCC HR best practices.
-Support disciplinary actions, warnings, and employee relations matters.
-Assist in policy development and internal HR procedures.
Coordination & Reporting
-Coordinate with internal departments, PROs, and external authorities.
-Prepare HR reports related to headcount, compliance, and workforce status.
-Support audits and inspections when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
-Proven experience as an HR Generalist in Saudi Arabia (Mandatory).
-GCC HR experience is required.
-Strong working knowledge of Saudi employment platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Absher, Muqeem, etc.).
-Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and Saudization regulations.
-Experience handling large workforces (white & blue collar is a plus).
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
-Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
